Thanks to Frida Nilsson who wrote an amazing book – Janne Vierth that created a magic script and Petter Lindblad a worldclass producer, together with the dreamteam co-producers from Mikrofilm, Lise Fearnley, Tonje Skar Reiersen, and Nørlum, Claus Toksvig Kjaer, Frederik Villumsen. And also with the greatest animation studio Dockhus Animation, Mikael Lindbom.
Listen to the amazing music by Minna Weurlander and Tania Naranjo-Golborne. Look at the awesome work by My Eklund’s storyboard and Gabriel Mkrttchian’s camera, d.o.p! Then the 290 fantastic backgrounds created by a bunch of super artists in the lead of Ola Larsson and Morten Lund Thulstrup! Then the fantastic animation team lead by supervisor Elinor Bergman, and in Norway by Tuva Synnevåg and in Denmark by Søren Hornshøj Krøjgaard and Tore Poulsen. There is nothing the orphan Jonna wants more than a mother in Linda Hambäck’s animated adaptation of Frida Nilsson’s award winning novel THE APE STAR, about outsiders and unconventional love. The feisty young orphan girl dearly wants to be adopted. Jonna will accept anyone, really, so long as her new parent loves Jonna… and only Jonna. But when her potential new mom drives up to the orphanage in an old car, she gets a big shock when the car door opens and a gorilla steps out! Jonna is not sure she wants to leave with the big, clumsy primate at first, but ape and girl quickly overcome their physical differences. But can their newfound domestic bliss survive the scheming of a local bully who's out to separate the two?

Hédi och hennes syster Livia var lyckliga barn i en lycklig liten stad. Så kom kriget och allt förändrades. ”Historien om Bodri” handlar om Hédis upplevelser under Förintelsen och om kärleken till en hund. "Historien om Bodri" är en viktig berättelse som tar upp smärta och grymhet men samtidigt försöker förklara så att både barn och vuxna kan ta till sig historien. Hédi Fried är överlevande från koncentrationslägren i nazisternas Tyskland. I programmet hör du henne själv inleda och avsluta berättelsen.

In March 2018, GORDON AND PADDY will be part of Toronto International Film Festival Kids, and will be in competition for both the TIFF Kids People’s Choice Award and the TIFF Kids Young People’s Jury Awards.

A swedish crime story for the youngest audience - Gordon and Paddy will premiere in the cinemas the 22nd of December in Sweden!
In the forest, the animals are telling the tale of when The Fox was raging. But that was a long time ago. By now, she should be gone, right?
But when the old toad, Superintendent Gordon retires and his young assistant, the mouse Paddy takes over the office, strange things start happening. Two children disappear and the animals start whispering nervously that The Fox might be back. Paddy sees herself forced to go to Gordon for help, and together they manage to solve the most difficult case the forest ever faced.
Gordon and Paddy is directed by Linda Hambäck and the animation is created by Dockhus Animation. Script written by Janne Vierth based on Ulf Nilsson and Gitte Spees books about Gordon and Paddy. Gordon and Paddy (earlier named The mystery theft) is a cozy crime feature freely based on Ulf Nilsson’s and Gitte Spees series of books on the toad Paddy and mouse Paddy, securing the safety in the forest. The two friends and colleagues are seen in the first image to be released from the production of the film.
Gordon and Paddy is directed by Linda Hambäck and the animation is created by Dockhus Animation. The film will be released in Sweden by TriArt, fall 2017.

Stellan Skarsgård, Melinda Kinnaman och Felix Herngren will do the main characters in Linda Hambäcks new feature GORDON AND PADDY!
The 2D animated film is about a young mouse, who doesn´t even have a name from the beginning, shows her talent and takes over as Superintendent when the toad Gordon retires. First, its enough to just imitate his old old police methods, but when two children go missing, and the main suspect is the dreaded Fox, she needs to find the answers for herself. But is it true that The Fox is as dangerous as her reputation? Will the children be saved, and by whom?
Stellan Skarsgård plays Gordon, Melinda Kinnaman is Paddy and Felix Herngren is Valdemar.
The film that is freely written by Janne Vierth, adapted from the book of Ulf Nilsson and Gitte Spee (Det första fallet / The first case).
The production has just started in Trollhättan by Dockhus Animation, Storyboard by Elinor Bergman, Art Director Ola Larsson, DoP supervisor Gabriel Mkrttchian. Producer Linda Hambäck and Lina Jonsson, music by Martin Landquist and directed by Linda Hambäck.

Nina Persson won a Grammis for best children album - What if... 24th of February 2016!
Nina Persson performs, Martin Östergren has done the composing and the lyrics are written by Lena Sjöberg. The english translations are made by Neil Betteridge.
Last year the swedish versions of the songs won the Manifest gala for best music for children with the motivation:

Bajsfilmen - Dolores and Gunellens World will premiere in February 12, 2016.
Mia Skäringer and Klara Zimmergren stars the main characters in Linda Hambäcks new film is called "Bajsfilmen - Dolores och Gunellens Värld" (eng. Dolores and Gunellens world). It is an animated film freely based on the prizewinning book serie by Pernilla Stalfelt containing subject such as Life, Poop, Love, Hair, Death and Scariness. Rikard Wolff is the storyteller of the film.
The 43 minutes feature film is distributed by Folkets Bio and will premiere in February 12, 2016 on screen. Animated by Dockhus Animation and script by Janne Vierth and Anders Sparring. Martin Östergren creates the musicscore.
The film is produced by LEE Film in co-production with SVT and Film i Väst, with support from Nordisk Film & TV Fund, YLE and Konstnärsnämnden.
