Marika Heidbäck, born in Stockholm 1971. Graduate from the documentary directing program at Dramatiska Institutet – University College of Film, Radio, Television and Theatre, Stockholm in 2001.
She has directed short animation films for Swedish Televison (SVT) since 1996 and directed and wrote the clayanimation ”Holly gets even” (selection Jury Prize, Bangkok International Children’s Film Festival).
Marika has directed a several documentaries for Swedish Televison, mostly for and about children and teenagers.
